Longville Area Lakes
For all of our planning and technology mother nature still has final say. Therefore, it is nice to have smaller lakes in your back pocket when the wind blows. I have over 30 years experience in the longville/walker/hackensack area, and there are few lakes in between I have not spent at least a day on. Any lake connected by the Boy River is sure to have both trophy smallmouth and trophy largemouth. Some of our lakes have deep grass lines that can make the dog days of summer a smashfest, while others offer shallow rice and reeds for early morning frog fishing. Some of my biggest smallmouth have come from some these smaller jewels. Staying on a lake that you have never been able to pattern? Come up once a year to stay at a relative’s lake place and want to learn how to fish it? Getting blown off bigger waters because of the wind? Want to learn electronics and fish movement? Want to give a kid a taste of bass fishing? Give me a call. There are always fish biting, and with my working knowledge and blue print for breaking down lakes I can put you on fish regardless of lake or weather.
